This stunning 3 bedroom condominium looks out on Lachine canal. The owners moved to another city and needed to have it staged for sale. We brought in rented furniture, added some of our own accessories and bought a few missing items. And voilą!

This 4 bedroom home in Laval was in serious need of TLC. In spite of having an excellent potential, its best features were definitely NOT highlighted, rather the contrary....As the client was in a hurry to sell and on a limited budget, we needed to prioritize the work to be done. We opted for taking the old fabric curtains off everywhere, repainting most of the main floor, taking some kitchen cabinets off to open the kitchen up, changing handles on kitchen cabinet doors, changing/adding some light fixtures and adding some rented furniture and accessories. The work was done over a 10 day period and the total cost of transformation is approximately $ 3,000.

This property in the trendy Plateau area of Montreal needed to be updated before being put on the market. Some of my main recommendations were to repaint several rooms from dark to light neutral color, add lights (lot more lights!), declutter and clean, reposition furniture and accessories and purchase some new light fixtures, bedroom linens and bathroom towels. Overall renovations and staging cost: approximately $5,000 CAN. The return - the house sold in less than three weeks for over $80,000 CAN more than original evaluation from realtors!

This property in the eastern part of NDG area of Montreal was a beautifully renovated condo in a duplex. As it was empty, it needed to be staged with furniture and accessories. The total project took a few hours of selecting furniture, setting it up, shopping for some accessories and placing everything and voilą! Overall staging investment: approximately $2,000 CAN. It sold in 62 days for $4,000 over the asking price.

The owner of this beautiful new home on Nuns Island needed to get the property staged in order to put in on the market. As he lives in California, where home staging is a standard real estate service, he asked Home Staging Montreal to manage the whole project and we did. We rented the furniture, bought some accessories and brought some of our own as well. Few hours of preparation and staging transformed this house! Total investment in furniture and staging - under $3,000 CAN. It sold in 64 days for 95% of the asking price.

This 1920s property has been in the family for over 60 years and it was time to sell it. The owners decluttered, cleaned and hired a handyman to make essential repairs and paint. We were asked to stage the property with what the client had on hand and we brought a few of our own items. The total cost of Staging - under $500! It sold in under three weeks for $6,000 over the asking price.

This modern home is new but was very cluttered (the owners are a family with small children) and needed to be refreshed. We recommended decluttering, cleaning, repainting several rooms (including the bedroom), changing a light fixture in the dining room and repositioning some furniture. Two weeks later, it was all done and the house went on the market. Total cost for my Staging consultation - under $200! Most of the work was done by the clients (and a painter).
