Home Staging Information
Home staging information is easily available for you and your clients! Home Staging Montreal works with realtors to help them help their clients and achieve the goal of selling a home fast and for top dollar.
If you feel that your client can benefit from Home Staging information, all you have to do is to introduce the idea of home staging to him; we'll take care of the rest.
We manage each project from start to finish and make certain that the home is in TOP saleable condition. Some homes might only need a few adjustments and some others much more...
Three levels of services are available:
BRONZE: 2-3 hour consultation at a client's home. We tell him/her what needs to be done by providing a list of recommendations and then, the client has to execute them.
SILVER: includes all aspects of the staging process for the lived-in home - initial consultation, recommendations, budget and priorities, providing workmen if needed (handyman, painter...) and staging the property using the client's furniture and accessories.
GOLD: includes all aspects of the staging process for a vacant home - initial visit, list of furniture and accessories needed, providing and supervising workmen if needed, and staging the property using rented furniture and accessories.
Our Partnership program is designed to make your job easier:
- You introduce the service; we'll take care of the rest.
- Bilingual Home staging information pamphlet for home sellers available to realtors to include in their presentation binders (paper copies and PDF format to print yourself).
- Special rates available to realtors who pay for home staging services (minimum 2 hours).
- Gift certificates available to realtors for their clients - Buy 10, Get 1 FREE!
- Professional real estate photographer services, managed by HSM (photos uploaded on MLS within 24 hours).
